These promotional terms apply to the GYMRAY “Two Free Core Tees” Halloween offer.

Promoter

The promoter is [JHNS PG UK LTD], trading as GYMRAY, of [71-75 Shelton St] (“GYMRAY”, “we”, “us”). 

Promotion period

The promotion begins on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59PM UK time on 31 October 2026.

Orders completed after the closing time will not qualify for the promotion.

Who can use the offer

The offer is available to new GYMRAY customers placing their first completed order through gymray.co.uk for delivery to a UK address.

A new customer is someone who has not previously completed a purchase from GYMRAY.

The promotion is limited to one redemption per customer and one two-tee promotional set per qualifying order.

GYMRAY may refuse duplicate, fraudulent or deliberately manipulated redemptions.

How to qualify

To qualify, a customer must place a single eligible order with a qualifying merchandise value of at least £60 during the promotion period.

The £60 minimum spend is calculated after promotional discounts have been applied and excludes delivery charges, gift cards and the value of the promotional Core Tees themselves.

Only products shown as eligible for this promotion on the promotional landing page count towards the £60 qualifying spend.

The promotional Core Tees

Each qualifying customer is entitled to two GYMRAY Core Tees at no additional charge.

The standard selling price of a GYMRAY Core Tee is £20 at the start of this promotion, giving the two promotional tees a combined normal retail value of £40.

Customers may choose from the promotional sizes and colours shown as available when ordering.

The Core Tees are additional to the qualifying products purchased and the prices of the qualifying products are the same whether or not the customer claims the promotional tees.

There is no cash alternative and the promotional entitlement cannot be exchanged for another GYMRAY product or converted into store credit.

How to claim the Core Tees

Customers must [ADD TWO ELIGIBLE CORE TEES TO THEIR BASKET] before completing checkout.

The promotion must appear correctly in the basket or checkout before the order is submitted.

If a customer believes the promotion has not been applied correctly, they should contact GYMRAY before completing the order where reasonably possible.

Availability

Promotional Core Tee stock is limited.

At the start of the promotion, approximately [100] two-tee promotional sets are available across selected colours and sizes.

Availability of individual sizes and colours may vary and some combinations may sell out before others.

If a selected promotional Core Tee becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, GYMRAY will contact the customer and offer an available promotional alternative where possible.

Other promotions

This offer cannot be used with another GYMRAY promotional code, discount or promotional offer unless GYMRAY expressly states otherwise.

Delivery

Qualifying orders are eligible for free standard UK shipping in accordance with GYMRAY’s Delivery Policy.

Normal dispatch and delivery times apply.

Returns and cancellations

Customers retain all statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights.

Returns are handled in accordance with GYMRAY’s Returns Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

If a customer returns qualifying purchased products and the value of the products they keep falls below the £60 promotional threshold, the order will no longer satisfy the conditions of the promotion and the promotional Core Tees must also be returned as part of the return.

Any refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and GYMRAY’s Returns Policy.

This promotional term does not limit a customer’s rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Changes or circumstances beyond our control

GYMRAY does not intend to change the promotion after it has begun.

If circumstances outside GYMRAY’s reasonable control make a change, suspension or early termination necessary, GYMRAY will take reasonable steps to minimise disadvantage to customers who have already validly qualified for the offer.

General

Participation in the promotion is subject to these promotional terms together with GYMRAY’s standard Terms & Conditions, Delivery Policy, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these promotional terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
